Because I have grey hair, salt and pepper hair, using WEN has made it soft and manageable. It's everything they say it is in the commercials. One thing ... I use it every second or third day as it makes my hair a little greasy at times. That way I don't use it up so quickly and my hair loves it when I switch around to different product.
